Premium KYC operates premiumkyc.shop, an online storefront selling KYC-verified accounts for crypto exchanges, banking and payment services, advertising platforms, and marketplaces. This policy explains what information we handle when you contact us or place an order.

What we collect

We collect zero personally identifiable information (PII) from buyers by default. In practice, the information we handle is limited to what you share with us directly: your messages on Telegram or WhatsApp (including your username or phone number on those platforms), the details of the order you place, and the payment confirmation for that order.

If you ask for an NDA or a custom arrangement, we handle only the details you provide for that purpose.

How we use it

We use the information you share only to respond to your enquiries, fulfil and deliver your order, provide warranty and after-sales support, and keep basic records of transactions we have completed. Account delivery uses encrypted channels and one-time links.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to complete your order — for example with an escrow provider you have agreed to use — or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention
