The service

Premium KYC sells KYC-verified accounts for third-party platforms, including crypto exchanges, banking and payment services, advertising platforms, and marketplaces, through premiumkyc.shop. By placing an order with us — through this site or through our Telegram or WhatsApp channels — you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

We accept Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Ethereum, and Monero, as well as SEPA/SWIFT wire for orders over $500. Escrow via a mutually trusted Telegram middleman is available on request. An order is confirmed once payment is received and confirmed on our side; you will always see an estimated delivery time before you pay.

Delivery

Accounts are delivered digitally through encrypted channels with one-time links, together with the corresponding verification documents for the account. Delivery times vary by product; if a delivery is delayed beyond the estimate given before payment, we will tell you and you may ask for a replacement product or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every order is covered by our 24-hour replacement warranty, described in full in our Refund Policy. In short: if an account fails to log in, is flagged, or is inaccessible on first use through no fault of yours, we replace it the same day, and full refunds are available if a suitable replacement is not in stock.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use any account after delivery, including complying with the terms of the platform the account belongs to and with the laws that apply to you. The warranty covers first-login access; it does not cover restrictions or bans a platform imposes because of how an account is used after delivery.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase from us.

Availability and changes

Product availability, pricing, and these terms may change over time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. We may update this page, with the date of the last update shown above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
